We understand that some people just want a digital copy of a photos and with that we do have that service on some of our works, and with that we offer a few product options:
All digital files are still copyrighted to us, your purchases are for personal use only and are not to be edited/on-sold/leased/mass-produced/used in media and/or public display/use without express permission. Both versions will be in jpg format at it's original size, so please allow internet bandwidth of file to be from 1mb-30mb+. We will ether Email photo or use a 3rd party cloud storage such as Dropbox™ depending on size of file.
Some prints may be adjusted to a size slightly larger than those listed. We also take the hassle out of matching photo orientation with sizing, so if you choose a photo in a panoramic style we will make sure that your prints are in the correct size.
Small = A4
Medium = A3
Large = A2 (Poster Size)
We have two options in regards to shipping,
Pick up from one of our distributors (normality in Fairfield West).
Posted to a residential or business address (No P.O Boxes).
If you wish to pick up, make sure you select that option otherwise you will be charged for postage. All prints purchased are from the original in high quality and without watermarks - the printable versions loaded on this website are of low quality and can not be printed to your satisfaction.
If local we maybe able to deliver canvas prints but please enquirer first.
We do not send items to PO boxes for anti-fraud purposes.</i>
Delivered Orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please notify the Gallery by email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) with tracking and insurance. Credit issued on returns will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged.
Pick up Orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt to please contact us before delivery. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
Custom orders are non-returnable unless for a printing quality issue, as they cannot be resold.
Please note that digital copies will not have a refund option due to the ease of duplication at your end, we may however
resend accidental deletions but will depend on the amount of time passed since event due to storage limitations.
*We use Paypal(TM) for your purchasing peace of mind. Our printing for the highest quality and your satisfaction is done by Officeworks(TM) and local independent Canvas printers. All works are Copyright protected to D.Foster (Fostography Media) and you acknowledge that all prints bought are reproductions of Original works. Your reproduction prints will come with the watermark removed.
